Jean Lake is the owner of Jean Lake Properties Rental Management Company. Her first experience with managing rental properties was when her and her husband purchased their first home. They were living in New Orleans and bought a duplex with two bedrooms on each side. They lived on one side while renting out the other side to help pay the mortgage. From then on they would purchase rental properties wherever they lived as they recognized the value of residual income. But it was in 2009 right after the big Real Estate crash that she got her Real Estate license and started purchasing properties for herself and others. She also would oversee the rehabbing of the units for her clients. Then her clients wanted someone reliable and trustworthy to manage the rental aspect of their properties and that’s when the company became what it is today. Her team still handles all the aspects of acquiring, rehabbing, leasing and managing properties for the clients. She has clients from all over the US and Canada as well as local ones. The company now manages units all over the St. Louis City and County areas and is still expanding and growing.
